Kathleen is a passionate learning and development professional with expertise in adult learning, organizational development and change, strategic planning and experiential learning.

Recognized as a thought leader, team leader and collaborator, she has

more than 30 years of experience in learning and development, human resources, and training.  Ms. Dunn is a leader in corporate and legal professional development, a dynamic public speaker, and a performance management professional dedicated to helping people do what they do better.

After more than 15 years in legal professional development, Kathleen launched her consulting career to pursue her true passions – training, facilitation, and human performance improvement.  A Master MBTI® practitioner, EQ-i 2.0 practitioner, and executive coach, Kathleen has also served as faculty (adjunct) of The Catholic University of America in Washington where she teaches Organizational Development and Change at CUA’s Busch School of Business and Economics. She holds an MBA in Economics and an MS Organizational Development from Trinity University. She has earned the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance® credential (CPLP®) from ATD CI (the Association for Talent Development Certification Institute), which identifies her as a top performer in Learning and Development.

And finally, while Kathleen is passionate about teaching, her real passions are family, friends, food, knitting, music, and gardening.  She loves to sing and loves being a member of the Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church Choir in Washington, DC.

Kathleen’s ultimate goal in retirement (hopefully in about 15 years) is to sit in the garden with the dogs and a glass of wine, just knitting and watching her grandchildren play and eat homemade cookies.  Though she has learned that knitting and wine drinking aren’t always a good combination.
